Can I makeup a missed class?

Make-up Class Policy:  Making Rainbows sessions are non-refundable or transferrable. We do not offer make-up classes but we do offer the option to “gift” any of your missed sessions to a family member or friend who might also have a little one. If you cannot attend your usual session, you can ask another person to attend in your place! Please ensure you provide details of this in advance.

Make-up lessons will ONLY be scheduled where your teacher has been unable to conduct the scheduled class (es). We do not guarantee that the make-up class will be held with the same teacher or on your usual day or time. We require that make-up lessons be taken in the current term except where the cancelled class is at the end of the term. A credit may be issued in this case and must be used in the next booked term.  Once a make-up is arranged, changes cannot be made. If your make-up is missed, the make-up is then forfeited

Contact your teacher below and we will do our best to organise this for you. Classes listed on “Wait List” are unavailable as they are full.

There is no cash equivalent or credit available for the next term.
